Congratulations to Dr. Barbara Wynn, winner of the 2018 YWCA Tribute Award for Professions!
Dr. Wynn has served as the medical director for the YWCA Nurse Examiner Program since its inception in 1996. Over those 22 years, this program has cared for countless women who have been the victim of sexual violence. Dr. Wynn has been a long-time partner with ECS and has served as core faculty for the Spectrum Health/Michigan State University Emergency Medicine Residency and Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine, Spectrum Health. She currently practices Emergency Medicine at Spectrum Health Butterworth and Helen DeVos Children's Hospitals in Grand Rapids. Click the link below to learn what motivates Dr. Wynn.
